ジェフ・リンが在籍したアイドル・レースのコンプリート盤が再発

　ジェフ・リンがザ・ムーヴ加入～エレクトリック・ライト・オーケストラ（ELO）結成前に在籍していたことでも知られる、アイドル・レースのコンプリート・アルバム『Back to the Story』(写真)が再発決定！　英国にて4月16日に発売されます。

　オリジナルは1990年に発表されたもので、中古市場ではプレミア価格で取り引きされているとの噂。今回の再発盤では、ジェフ・リン在籍時に発表された2枚のオリジナル・アルバム（『The Birthday Party』『Idle Race』）のほか、ジェフ・リン脱退後に発表されたラスト作の『Time Is』、そして、シングル曲やB面曲もセレクトされており、全47曲をCD2枚にわたって収録しています。その存在を知りながら、アイドル・レースの楽曲に触れたことのない方も今では多いかと思いますので、今回の再発を機に体験してみては？
　なお、未確認情報ながら、アイドル・レースのCD5枚組ボックス・セットも今後計画されているとのこと。こちらも期待していましょう！
