ブリティッシュ・ブルース・ロックの諸作品が、ソニー・ミュージックとユニバーサルミュージックから紙ジャケット化されますが（ソニー版の詳細はコチラ、ユニバーサル版の詳細はコチラ）、それに合わせて重鎮とされる2人のコンピレーション盤もリリースされることになりました。

　このたび発売されるのは、チャンピオン・ジャック・デュプリーとダスター・ベネットのコンピ盤。デュプリーの諸作品は90年代には国内盤でリリースされていましたが、現在では廃盤。対するベネットは、これまでまったく国内盤CDのリリースがありませんでした。今回のコンピレーションには未発表曲も多数含まれており、貴重な写真が掲載された詳細なライナーノーツが付くなど、初心者はもちろんマニアも見逃せない内容になっています。

　この『チャンピオン・ジャック・デュプリー:ザ・コンプリート・ブルー・ホライズン・セッションズ』、『ダスター・ベネット：ザ・コンプリート・ブルー・ホライズン・セッション』、発売はともにソニー・ミュージックより、紙ジャケ・シリーズと同日の11月23日を予定しています。なお、両作品とも英国ではリリース済みです。
