パール・ジャム『TEN』が豪華スペシャル・エディションで再発！リマスター＋新ミックス＋未発表映像ほか収録

　米国ロック界を代表するバンド、パール・ジャム（Pearl Jam）のデビュー・アルバム『TEN』が豪華スペシャル・エディションとなって再発されます。

　91年に発表された『TEN』は、若者の代弁者として評された歌詞と、王道ロックにルーツを感じさせる暗く陰りのあるサウンドが特徴。彼らのキャリアを代表する1曲で、衝撃的な内容のクリップも当時話題となった「ジェレミー (Jeremy)」ほかを収め、現在までに1,200万枚を超えるセールスを記録、“ダイアモンド・アルバム”の認定も受けています。

　今回の再発は、2CD紙ジャケット仕様のレガシー・エディション、2CD＋DVDのハードカバー仕様によるデラックス・エディション、2LP仕様のビニール・コレクション、2CD＋DVD＋4LP＋カセットの豪華ボックス仕様によるスーパー・デラックス・エディションの4タイプが同日発売。いずれもタイプにもオリジナル盤のデジタル・リマスタリング・ヴァージョンと、ブレンダン・オブライエンによるリミックス・ヴァージョンが収録されたディスクをセット。またビニール・コレクション以外には6曲のボーナス・トラックも収められます。

　デラックス・エディションおよびスーパー・デラックス・エディションに付属されるDVDには、1992年に放送されたMTVアンプラグドでのパフォーマンス映像を収録。同映像の商品化は今回が初めてで、またDVDには当時放送されなかった「Oceans」も収められます。

　スーパー・デラックス・エディションには、デラックス・エディション付属の2CDとDVD、ビニール・コレクションの2LPに加え、1992年9月20日にシアトルのマグヌスン・パークで行なわれたライヴの模様を収めたLP2枚、そしてバンドのデモ・カセット「Momma-Son」のレプリカ版を付属。さらに豪華特典も加えたボックス・セット仕様となります。

　発売はいずれも米国にて2009年3月24日を予定。ニルヴァーナとともにグランジ・ムーヴメントの中心的存在としてシーンに君臨したパール・ジャムの記念碑作品『TEN』。新たな仕様でもお楽しみください！
